The purpose of this wiki is for links, handouts and other files used in workshops for librarians, teachers and other school staff. There is a link here for retrieving statistics for Media Cooperative online resources.

During the 2007 session, the Texas State Legislature added Rider 88 to the Texas Education Agency (TEA) budget. Rider 88 directs the Commissioner of Education to transfer amounts not to exceed $2.5 million in each year 2008-2009 biennium to TASLAC for the purpose of acquiring "online research and information resources for libraries in public schools, and for administrative expenses.

Each participating campus is able to download monthly statistics showing the number of SESSIONS, SEARCHES, and FULL-TEXT DOCUMENTS retrieved from each of the 40+ Ebsco databases available.

The directory provides current organizational and mailing information for Texas public schools (including charter schools and Texas state agency schools), school districts and regional education service centers.

Several school districts also have links to sites for students and parents.  Most of the links are under page names such as Library or Resources.
